Please read these Terms before using teexaro.com or placing an order. They describe your relationship with Teexaro as the seller.
By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to the applicable Terms and the linked Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, to the extent enforceable under applicable law. Acknowledging the Privacy Policy does not replace any separate consent that may be required for optional data processing.
Your agreement with the seller
Teexaro, trading as Teexaro Store, operates this online store. Purchases made here are agreements with Teexaro. You must have legal capacity to make the purchase or appropriate parental or other legal authorization. Provide current, complete, and accurate order, account, payment, and delivery details, and keep account credentials confidential. Use payment methods you are authorized to use.
Selecting items and paying for an order
Our collection includes T-shirts and other apparel as introduced through published product pages. Planned releases are not available inventory. Review each listing's description, material, care information, size guidance, price, and availability before ordering.
We aim to represent products accurately. Screens can display slight color differences, but that does not excuse goods materially different from their description or limit remedies for defects.
Prices on our U.S. storefront are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. Accepted methods are those enabled at checkout. Purchases are one-time transactions; no paid membership or recurring subscription is required.
If an order needs attention
An automatic confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. If stock, payment verification, or a material pricing error prevents fulfillment, we may limit or cancel the affected order and notify you promptly. We will not charge a higher price or substitute another item without agreement. If we cancel, amounts paid for the affected items, applicable tax, and unincurred shipping charges are promptly refunded.
Request cancellation or modification immediately at info@teexaro.com. We try to accommodate requests before dispatch or production begins and confirm whether the request can be completed. An approved full cancellation receives the full payment back, including shipping. Mandatory delay, non-fulfillment, and defective-goods remedies are unaffected.
Our Shipping and Refund Policies form part of these Terms and provide the detailed delivery, return, and refund conditions.
Protecting the website and its content
Do not use the website for unlawful purposes, fraud, unauthorized access, service disruption, or infringement of copyright, trademark, or other rights. Logos, artwork, text, photographs, and other protected materials belong to Teexaro or their rights holders. Buying apparel does not transfer ownership of intellectual property or commercial copying and licensing rights in its designs.
The platform and outside services
Shopify hosts our online store and provides ecommerce infrastructure. Payments are handled by the services enabled at checkout. Carriers, payment gateways, and other providers may have terms for their own services; those terms do not remove our duties as seller.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing. You can also read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and use the Shopify Privacy Portal for Shopify's own processing.
Legal protections and future updates
These Terms and purchases are subject to applicable United States federal law and applicable state law. No exclusive state-law or court selection is established by this clause. Nothing excludes a warranty, liability, refund, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents access to a competent court or another non-waivable remedy.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. Updated Terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing purchase.
